Evri Standard (2-4 days).

Currently shipping to UK only.

Personalised orders take between 2- 6 weeks to create. Please see individual item for timescales. All items will be posted by EVRI standard post and have a tracking code.

CANCELLATIONS

Unfortunately some of the items are non-cancelable and non refundable.

Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

RETURNS

PLEASE KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING

If the items ordered are personalised we are unable to provide a refund unless the item is faulty.

If the item is faulty, please send an image of the fault along with the packaging materials within 48 hours of receipt.

RETURNING AN ITEM

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
