Personalised hanging environmentally friendly gifts for party bags, wedding favours, dinner parties, bedroom doors and the Christmas Tree.

Each item is handmade from stoneware clay and fired twice to over 1000 degrees Celsius.

Tied with complimenting organza ribbon.

Due to the handmade nature of these gifts each one will have slight variations.

Size - 10.5cm

Ribbon length - 25cm approximately (after bow)

Personalisation - 15 characters maximum (1st letter upper case.

10 characters maximum for All UPPER case.

Evri Standard (2-4 days).

Currently shipping to UK only.

Personalised orders take between 2- 6 weeks to create. Please see individual item for timescales. All items will be posted by EVRI standard post and have a tracking code.

To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancellable or non-cancellable before ordering

CANCELLATIONS

Unfortunately some of the items are non-cancelable and non refundable.

Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

RETURNS

PLEASE KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING

If the items ordered are personalised we are unable to provide a refund unless the item is faulty.

If the item is faulty, please send an image of the fault along with the packaging materials within 48 hours of receipt.

RETURNING AN ITEM

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
